Measure height and hollow-to-floor barefoot, standing straight with feet together. Measure bust at its fullest point wearing an unpadded bra, arms relaxed; this is not bra size. Measure the narrowest waist with slight breathing room and hips at the widest point. The supplier illustrations also show upper bust, under bust and waist-to-floor with shoes. They give differing shoe instructions for hollow-to-hem versus hollow-to-floor, so state the method and shoe height clearly.
